TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
SHIPPING: Products are shipped UPS or USPS. We use recycled packing materials whenever possible. A handling charge may be added to your order when new materials are used.
DAMAGE: When merchandise is received in damaged condition, a claim must be initiated by THE RECIEVER with the carrier. Please save all packing material until after the claim has been inspected. Call information for the local number for UPS.
TERMS: 1. Credit Card. 2. C.O.D. 3. Net 30 4. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please have card number and expiration date ready. Some cards require the security code located on the back of the card. Your card will be charged on day of shipment. To establish Net 30 terms, send a signed credit application including 3 references with your order. Allow two weeks for approval. Opening orders not accompanied by a credit application or pre-payment will be sent C.O.D. There is a $20 charge for returned checks and a 1.5% monthly finance charge will be assessed on past due accounts. We may hold orders for accounts with past due balances.
MINIMUM ORDERS: Opening orders - $200, re-orders - $100. Re-orders under minimum will be assessed a $5.00 service charge.
RE-STOCKING CHARGE: There will be a 15% re-stocking charge on un-damaged merchandise returned. Call for authorization before returning merchandise
PROBLEMS: If there are any problems with your order please contact us at once. Studio One assumes no responsibility for claims of damage reported after 10 days.

Clear iridized Lily Cross suncatcher is 5" X 9" in size. Also availabe in Purple glass.
